Tulsi (Holy Basil)

Several years ago we had a guest staying with us and helping on the farm. As we were starting early in the year, she went to one of the local feed/plant stores and came home with Tulsi (Holy Basil) seeds. They grew and were quite hardy and prolific. This is when I began to learn about this great herb ally. Prior to this time, I was mainly aware of the very popular herbs like the ones that can be found each spring at the hardware store. As I began to study about this powerful herb, I was fascinated by its abilities. Now, I grow it annually and frequently use this herb in my tea blends.
